4. Q.: Can I still lose weight without exercises and diets? What about weight loss pills?

Answ.: Low- carb diets, such as the Atkins diet, involve low carbohydrate intake. Carbohydrates are the source of energy. If the energy that you got with carb food hasn't been spent it turns into fat. So eating less carbohydrate food you get less energy that is sure to be spent. In most cases the lack of energy from food will cause your body to spend already existing fat. Low carb diets usually tend to be effective but hard to keep as our normal carb intake makes about 1/2 of daily food intake.
