"Two Days Before..." Diet

Two days before a date or a celebration you can take "Two Days Before" Diet. Quite often when we try on our evening dress we find out that it has become surprisingly tight. Let's cheer up and act! If you have about 2-3 days before an important event where you wish to look slim take this quick weight loss diet.

It's as simple as that: choose one kind of the following menus and stick to it for two days.

  1. Just buttermilk/ kefir (6-8 glasses a day).
  2. 9 ounces of rice without oil and salt. 2-3 tomatoes or 2-3 tablespoons of jelly (it shouldn't contain too much sugar).
  3. Just boiled potatoes without salt/ mashed boiled potatoes with a bit of oil. About 5-6 potatoes a day.
  4. 3.5 lbs of raw vegetables/ stewed vegetables without oil.

To lose more weight you can take a laxative pill in the evening before the 2-day dieting period. Just make sure that your physician approves it.

Note: The dieting period shouldn't be longer than 2 days. Two Days Before Diet can't be kept more often than once a week. Besides, those who suffer from kidney or liver problems are not recommended to keep it.
